OK--I am too slow for this one. Why is this a surprise? Isn't the newest hotel going to be POP CENTURY? So is the sign up too early or is the hotel open or what am I missing?

Since it was sopose to open up last fall, they put up all the signs, buttttttttt i guess it took to much energy to take down all the pretty signs.... they have been up atleast since this spring when I was on my CP
