I really enjoyed my find yesterday at Trader Joe's. Bread, It was yummy.
But I also found a Peanut Butter chocolate candy bar. It sounded good, and low carb so I thought I should treat myself.
I had my dinner of a salad with some baked chicken slices, some blue cheese and some vinegrette dressing.
Then I had the candy bar at around 7 pm. It was so good, I was only going to have a bite but it was so yummy, and I have been so good for 4 months and 20 lbs.
It is now 11 pm, and I am taking a few minutes between bathroom breaks to tell you all how much I don't like candy anymore. Peggie

I hope you were able to get some rest last night! Sorry that the yummy candy bar ended up having a nasty side effect!

I'm sorry the candy bar didn't agree with you. :( Just look at the positive, you won't be tempted by them any more.

Hope you're feeling better today. :)

I hope you're fully recovered and feeling better today! Thanks for sharing - now I won't be tempted by those wicked candy bars either!

Oooh! I have the same affect from Carbolite...well actually any sugar alcohols!:( It is okay though, I have come to terms with the fact that I can't have chocolate anymore! (as if!;))

LOL

awww...Peggie that's too bad! At first, I couldn't tolerate more than a bite of maltitol. Now that I've gotten used to it and can have a little bit more. Too much, though, and I'm very uncomfortable! Try different brands - I hear that the bar at 7-eleven is made with something other than maltitol.
