Colleen - For all I know you could be up north this week celebrating without internet access but if you're not, I hope you guys have a great holiday week.
I will refrain from getting sappy but I do hope everyone has a memorable time with those nearest and dearest to them this week.
No Sara, I am here in NC. Actually this is the first year that we have stayed home since we moved to NC 7 years ago. We have a some neat things planned after Christmas for the kids. DH and I are really looking forward to marathon weekend together and of course seeing most of you again.
Now on to training, I planned for 18 miles today, got in 14 before I said I QUIT! My shoes were giving me some problems, these are the new shoes I bought before Philly and I decided to ditch them for my old shoes, which I am glad I did. My left heel was/is really hurting, I am icing it now. I don't think it is PF, I have never had this problem before. We will see. Maybe I will be back to Fleetfeet in the next few days.
Happy Holidays my friends!

.

and DD10
, join us to watch the movie for the first time. It was a great way to end the evening, and really reminded me of why I watch the movie.
I would lose you pretty quickly. 7:30 AM sounds good as it will take me a good 45 minutes to get up there. Is there parking along Boat House Row? I am afraid I don't remember from running by during the Marathon. I was a bit distracted, you know, putting one foot in front of the other in an effort to finish. It looks like we'll have very mild conditions, possible rain though. I hope that isn't a deal breaker. You have my cell number, give me a call when you have a chance tomorrow. We'll be home entertaining most of the day so call whenever you can.
Well, I was going to do my LR this morning, but I woke up to wind and rain. I can run in snow, but I don't do rain. However, now I'm up - so I gotta check to see how my Bots are doing.
So which family members will be running the half?
How wonderful for you and I know how much more it means since it's an organization you support from a non-work perspective
which makes it that much more satisfying!! They're definitely lucky to have you and I hope it's a career that brings you many years of satisfaction
. We can have an impromptu mutual 40th birthday toast at some point
and you are too sweet for taking such good care of DH
- I'm living quite vicariously through you
No hitting the big 2-0 prior to WDW in my future

I hope you recover faster than I did
