I did pretty well yesterday, had an entree salad with grilled chicken at Nordstrom Cafe for lunch, and an entree salad with steak at home for dinner
I am over salad! I had my WW breakfast sandwich and milk this morning, and I am about to start snacking on my fruit loops. They are a good snack because I am not really hungry, but they are sweet and make me happy
. I am having a peanut butter and banana sandwich for lunch, we got this stuff called Better than Peanut butter which has 1/2 the calories. We also got some Pirates Booty in individual bags (in the Halloween section at Target!) and it only has 65 calories, so I will be having that as my afternoon snack. Today is Wednesday which means our friend is making us dinner and her idea of healthy doesn't always equal our idea of healthy, so I will just have to moniter portion size! I want to walk tonight, but I doubt I will since I have a hair appointment at 4:30, then dinner, and early to bed since I barely slept last night! Luckily this beautiful weather seems to be holding, so being outside is nice these days!
