Youre right! I woke up this morning to find the ground covered in a fresh coat of snow. I was discouraged. Then I went out jogging and it just smelled so spring like out. I have hope this was our last cold spell and we are on to spring now.

Still a little cold here, but I hear the birdies singing EVERY morning! (We have 10!) This morning DS9 woke up at 5:12 A.M. and couldn't find something so he came upstairs and turned on the light. THAT woke all the birdies up and they wouldn't stop making noise until I let them out! I keep telling DH we don't need a rooster...

I saw my first robins of the year just yesterday.

Yes! Spring is here.

Our woodchucks are up and about, the muskrats are swimming, the geese and mallards are here, and it won't be long before the all the fish make an appearance. Our property is just alive with activity in the spring. It's lovely!
