Whole fire Roasted Piranha at the Coral Reef - this was amazing.
This was back in the days when the Chefs could actually be creative and have daily specials.

Best cs-Flametree BBQ smoked chicken w/baked beans (so moist and tasty)
Best app-Wafu ribs from Tokyo Dining
Best entree-Kona Cafe ribeye
Best TS dessert-banana chocolate creme brulee at Kona Cafe
Best snack-carmel covered in milk-chocolate w/sea salt from Germany

For dbf:
Best cs-Smoked salmon sandwich from Norway bakery
Best app-tie between Wafu ribs at TD and Sweet potato/lemongrass soup at Kona Cafe
Best entree-Tuna Oscar at Kona Cafe
Best TS dessert-Chocolate ginger cake at Tokyo Dining (he doesn't like sweets at all, but he wanted a whole trough of this )


Pretty much I would like to repeat Kona Cafe and Tokyo Dining over and over again

It might just be due to nostalgia, but the best thing I ever remember eating at Disney was a dessert called the Sherwood Forest, that they served when CRT was King Stefan's Banquet Hall. It was a chocolate crepe filled with mint whipped cream or something like that.

As far as food you can still get, my favorite breakfast is Tonga Toast from Kona Cafe, favorite TS dessert is the No Way Jose at Beaches and Cream, and favorite snack is a tie between a make your own rice krispie treat at Goofys Candy Co. and an ice cream sandwich from Main Street Bakery (with the red velvet cheesecake cupcake from Starring Rolls very close behind!).
