The Best Burger on Property

Aww, what a bummer. We absolutely love the burger at Victoria Falls. I couldn't agree more about the goat cheese dip - delicious!!
It may have been an off day, but as I sit here enjoying the Cuban sliders at Nomad Lounge, I am just not tempted to repeat. But ohhhh, that dip. I could have stuck my face in that bowl…

At WDW this week and have tried 3 of the burgers/fries discussed in this thread. They were all excellent but my personal preference was:
Burger / Fries
1) Bison Burger (WL-Geyser Point ) / D-Luxe (Disney Springs)
2) Smash Burger (Dolphin-Fountain) / Fountain (Dolphin)
3) Bacon Cheeseburger (DS - D-Luxe) / Geyser Point (WL)

Thank you for all the great suggestions.

One tip I can add is to make sure you have alternate payment methods with you when you go to the Fountain in Dolphin if you are not staying at the hotel. Magic Band payment is not accepted so you need an alternate form of payment, I found this out the hard way as my Google Wallet would not work. They were very nice about it and asked that I come back when I had a different payment method. I had to make a separate trip that took me about an hour and a half using Disney transportation/walking so I could return with my actual credit card. It did give me an opportunity to ride Skyliner at night which I had never done before.

Thanks for the review! I'll have to put D-Luxe on my list of places to try!

Wanted to report back that over Thanksgiving week, my companions and I went to Steakhouse 71 Lounge and had the Stack Burger. All four of us LOVED it. It was a close tie with my favorite Primo Piatto burger. My husband still prefers the thicker patty at PP, but he really liked the Stack Burger, too. Also, the bartenders at Steakhouse 71 Lounge were lovely and really added that special touch to our visit.

Still need to try the Bison Burger at Geyser Point! Maybe next time...

Got to add a second to this. All my experiences at S71 lounge had great bartenders.
I will say that since I frequent Geyser Point so often, a couple of the bartenders there have gotten to know men and my preferences. But they observing them interacting with other customers seems to be just as friendly.

The real stand out there is the onion rings!! 8-)

Do you have any difficulty getting into WL in order to frequent Geyser Point or are you usually staying there when you go? I've just had my second experience being denied entry to WL without an ADR or room reservation, even when explaining I'm going to Geyser that does not take reservations. It's a favorite spot of mine but I'm local so would never have a room reservation. I show my AP and ID, but it isn't enough.

Do the short rib sliders at Space 220 Lounge count as burgers? 'Cause I think they are better than the Wayfinder burger, the bison burger at Geyser Point, and the Steakhouse 71 burger.
I wouldn't say the short rib sliders count as burgers, but they are definitely tasty. I had them two days ago - excellent!

I go to Geyser nearly every trip, usually staying at other resorts. Like the above, I generally go there on MK day, taking the boat over. I sometimes go from other resorts too, like Contemporary or Fort Wilderness where I can take the boat. If you're local and not staying anywhere on site, your best bet is probably to park at Disney Springs and take the bus over. I still sometimes have had luck driving over from other resorts - but the fact that I'm DVC and staying on points, that might curry some favor at the gate, especially when I'm already paying for valet for the day, so I just tell the guard I'm DVC and using valet - that usually gets me in.

I'm local and usually visit Geyser Point on days I go to the MK. I take the boat from the MK to WL and back.
Yep, boat or bus is the answer.

Tiffins in the Animal Kingdom has the best burger, we were there last week and both got it, it was awesome

Thank you to everyone for recommendations. I’m going Disney in January and will have quick service meal plan. Does anyone have recommendations for top burger on quick service dining credit? I believe the bison burger used to be a quick service credit but changed recently correct? Does that now make d-luxe burger the only quick service credit on list of best burgers now?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to try it next time I'm in DAK. Unfortunately that probably won't be until early January since my AP will be blacked out over the holidays.

Out of curiosity, have you tried the other burgers mentioned in this thread? If so, how would you rate those?

Not the original poster, but I just tried the Tiffins burger last week, and while really good, I still think the bison burger at Geyser is a bit better.
