I think that requesting specific buildings will get you in trouble. What happens if that particular building is sold out? Instead I would request a section. You should decide what things are most important to you. Do you want to be near DTD? Request Congress Park. You want to be near the main pool? Request Congress Park or The Springs. You want to be near the laundry or the BBQ? Ask to be near a quiet pool. We took DME and the valet (who was not busy) drove us to our room and helped us with our carry-ons. Our luggage was delivered later.

Good luck! We stayed in Congress Park in the leftmost building looking at a SSR map with a DTD View and loved it :).

The great thing about SSR is that most sections are close to the amenities. We stay in Congress Park most trips and we are close to the quiet pool, laundry, bus stop, DTD and a 5 min walk to the main area. Each group of buildings has its own amenities and as someone who walks the resort almost daily when there, the walks are well laid out and efficient.

good point ! :goodvibes

So I tell them I want the section near the pool... bbq... etc ? or there is a specific term for CM to understand ?

There you go, then. Ask to be near a quiet pool with a BBQ and laundry. If you look on the following map you'll see the BBQ's marked with an "I" and the laundry marked with a little washing machine square. Congress Park, The Paddock and The Grandstand (still being built) all fit your bill. The Carousel has a BBQ grill, but no laundry and The Springs has a laundry and no BBQ.
