I'm so sorry to hear about your grandpa but if you do decide to go see him, like Sharky said, you have to let her know if you have any free time as she's just over the bridge from Philadelphia! You can be her third DIS meet! She's dying to meet more of you girls but timing and her location is preventing it so far!!!

I just learned that we have to be out of the hotel by next Tuesday, so I'll be moved to a different one after this week. I just hope they have internet wherever I go!

On a happier note, I have plans for this Saturday! (in the Woodlands) A friend of my friend (Mike's bff) is having a party...Oktoberfest, and I've been invited. What takes place is everyone brings some beer they never had(I'm assuming at least a 6 pack), and everyone gets to try at least a few new beers! That should be a lot of fun! I will try to remember to bring my camera there so I can take lots of pics and do a mini report

sounds interesting...im not a big beer fan but i like trying the "sweet" beers. one time i tried a beligan beer (although i havent seen nor heard of it again) and once i tried one called (i think) cherry weiss which tastes more like wine than beer. cant wait to hear how it goes and dont get too drunk

Cheri! I haven't had a chance to pop by until now...I called into work today (I have a Staph infection that has reallllly messed me up) and had some time to DIS---(and pay on my upcoming trip!)

I am so sorry to hear about your grandpa. Please keep us posted with any new news.

Can't wait to see you start your TR---I just got the rest of Day 3 done and half of Day 4. Im so proud of myself! LOL
