The Bachelorette-May 24-NO SPOILERS

I think Jake just put a damper on the ratings for any future show he is on. Maybe I am wrong, but somehow I found myself believing Vienna. She is immature, but hurt is hurt not matter how immature you are. She truly seemed tobe very hurt and frustrated with trying to deal with him. How many times did he use the word "undermines" me? No doubt he is always right and how dare anyone question him. I think leaving him is the best thing that has happened to her since the show started. Someone mentioned Ali and Jake getting together....although I don't care for Ali, how on earth could she want him after seeing that! Speaking of Ali, I think she is a whiny mouth. Thought that since she cried and carried on during the last season when she had to decide about going back to her job or staying. Just the tone of her voice sounds like a little girl when she is not getting her way.
I agree with everything you posted. How true about poor Jake being "undermined". Geez...he needs to get over it. Vienna remeasured the bed...horrors!

I really liked Ali in the beginning of the Jake season, but she got to be a judgmental gossipy ***** (same way I felt about Deanna when she was on The Bachelor), and that whole exit from The Bachelor seemed very contrived. And does she ever sound whiny! Constantly! :scared:

First of all, I'm happy with the four guys that are left. I figured it might be Ty that was gone because they did not show any kissing at his double date.

Was that a girl that Frank had gone to see in the previews?

As for the Jake/Vienna interview, it was a trainwreck. It did not put me in either one's court. Vienna would not shut up, Jake couldn't get a complete sentence out. As for Jake, ..........

Someone previously mentioned that Jake needs a woman that will step back and let him lead. Or said something like that in so many words. Wonder if Tenley might have been a better match?

I also agree with everything you wrote!! I was never a Vienna basher last season but I never thought Jake was such a jerk either, wow.

As for Ali - that episode where she left - her crying seemed to go on for hours! In Jake's lap, in the hallway, in the limo....endless! I think we're going to get more of the same coming up if Frank doesn't fall in line! :rotfl2:

I completely agree. I couldn't get over what a hot mess Ali looked like when she was blubbering to Jake. I was like, give me a break, girl!

Anyway, I got home in time to see the Jake-Vienna interview, so I missed the first hour and a half of the show. Wondering if Ali acted like the same old.

And didn't Chelsie, Jake's dancing partner for DWTS, complain about him being controlling or something? I can't remember exactly what she said but I think it confirms what Vienna was saying.

It looks like that girl Frank goes to see is at a hotel, so what'd they do, fly her in?? As for Tenley, she may have been like a real life Giselle from Enchanted, but I don't think she'd put up with Jake for too long either.

Wonder how many takes it took.

Didn't Jake not like being talked down to by Chelsie, or something like that? I bet it's on Youtube. I'll go look. I'm wired and will be up for a while.

I called that scene her "Bachelorette Audition"... it was MORE than fake.

I agree that Jake BLEW any chances he has with any show or any woman with a backbone. I'm sure he'll receive letters from those women who write serial killers in jail but no one else.

He would've NEVER picked a woman like Ali, she ducked a true bullet with that one!

As for Vienna, she reacted just like any immature girl who was disappointed by a guy. Jake wanted a girl who ADORED him, and she did. The mistake he made is the relationship wasn't concrete enough for him to expect her to continue without any effort from him. He saw that Vienna had social problems, but his own conceit and selfishness made him choose her because he wanted that puppy dog that wouldn't "undermine" him. Unfortunately, he found out that she was indeed, HUMAN.

MAN, who needs to see a break up on TV... I've been thru MANY and boy am I glad none of them were discussed on a board!! :lmao:

This is on now because this is when it's in the news, and there's a season on that they could stick this interview in. And I don't for a minute think Jake and Ali would end up together! Ali would be nuts to go for him now. Blech.

I hope you're right. I'm just so used to things being the "most shocking moment in history" that I wouldn't put it past them.

As for Ali, I don't think she is going to find her true love on this show. Also, the hair extensions are getting out of control. I want to take a brush to her hair every time I see her!

I smell a setup for Jake and Ally getting together.:scared:
I really hope not. I don't think Ali would deal with Jake's behavior for a minute. She's probably very thankful right now for dodging that bullet.

I hated Vienna during the show, but I actually feel bad for her now. I think Jake did deceive her with his career. I think she really believed he would go back to being a pilot, not an aspiring actor. The story about her dog was bizarre, but I believe Vienna because it seems just too odd to be made up. I think Jake was upset that Vienna was giving her attention to something other than him.

one of the parts i liked was when V said "i was under the impression that you were a pilot and yet you haven't flown in a year" and his answer was "i flew last weekend" with a smirk

LOL ahhhh wonder what would happen to any of us who said we were ....(fill in your job) but only showed up for work 1 week out of the last year

and if he isn't out for the lime lite (which gimme a break EVERYONE who goes on those shows are or else you'd find love in private) but why didn't he go back to being a pilot? why go on dancing why live in LA when his home was in Florida before "fame"

i used to think it was a good guy looking for love for the right reasons - not any more

Jake reaped what he sowed. He had a room full of women on the Bachelor and he chose the youngest girl on the show 10 years his junior. You wanted a girl, you got a girl! On that note, I felt really bad for Vienna. ETA: I think Tenley would have been the June Cleaver he was looking for.

Jake doesn't need a woman, or a girl.....

He needs a Stepford Wive!!!

No, what he really needs is some professional help.
But, I take that back.
I know from experience and research that his issues have no treatment and no cure. Never gonna change.
He will go to his grave being a narcissitic jerk.

God, it was like the minute he had that ring on her finger, the true Jake came out and he expected her whole reason for existence to leave everything behind, to sit in his shadow and worship him while he gave nothing back in return. To NEVER ever do anything to question his godlike perfection ( 'undermine' him ) It really is so classic. Just CLASSIC.

God, all his comments about he wanted a woman would 'always be there and support him and have his back'
Just sickening and scary now that we know what he meant by that.

Jake will reap what he sows someday, in this life or the next. Karma is he!!.

"i flew last weekend"

And, I very HIGHLY doubt that he actually flew, as a job, for pay, as a professional pilot.

He probably flew out to LA to get ready to film this segment.

No wonder Vienna is calling him and outright bold faced liar!!!!

...How did Jake end up on The Bachelor Pad so quickly?? He does seem to be an attention *****.

...I saw all the promos and didn't relize that he was gonna be on that too....it's going to be real interesting with Wes and that other CREEP from Canada on at the same time.....personally, they all deserve each other...

omg, this is such a trainwreck. They act as if they HATE each other. The details are unnecessary, it looks like he just cannot stand her and everything she's complaining about is just her reaction to his lack of interest in her. They need to be in opposite sides of the world.

SELFISH??? He didn't see any of those red flags, did he?:happytv:

I think everything was for the media attention from day one.

last night it was very obvious to me that Tenly would haev been perfect for him. PERFECT, she would do as he told her to.
