What is her problem of just saying, "I have a kid"????

She doesn't have to get into this big elaborate story right away.

See, this to me screams: lead in to The BachelorETTE for Emily. She's got dramatic story written all over her. Like she's already staring in this huge mini-drama.

Guess what, Emily. OTHER people have also lost loved ones in plane crashes. It happens.

That story hangs on her so much. She still can't let her first BF go. It is still a major story for her - in the present - not something that happened over 5 years ago. No one needs to have that much drama telling their history if it's in the past.

Who is Vampire Girl?

Emily has a sad story. It must have been very hard for her to lose her BF when she was just 18 and then find out she was preggers the same week. That being said, the emotion that she must feel over that is all walled up. All the other girls had tears coursing down their cheeks with ruined make-up but Emily was completely dry and beautiful.

I think they're playing up that angle for sure. She's having a hard time IMO because really, this is such an unusual way to meet a man, right? I thought she handled herself very well though, with class, and it's obvious Brad is like a giggling school boy when he's around her.

I've never thought Emily was over him, you can see it in her mannerisms and the way she speaks about him and the plane crash.

and i think the crazy chick on Jake's season was also named Michelle.

I don't think anyone should say anything that is negative about Emily and how she tells her story. Yes she has a kid, but there is a reason she isn't with her father, because she can't be.
Not only did she lose her fiance, but members of his family that were basically her family as well.

Aww, poor Brad. Women may leave. Maybe you aren't all that, after all, that women would stay and fight over each other for you.

I don't think anyone should say anything that is negative about Emily and how she tells her story. Yes she has a kid, but there is a reason she isn't with her father, because she can't be.

We aren't saying anything negative about Emily. We are observing that she isn't over her deceased BF yet, and that this might not be the right time or show for her.

I get you are a big NASCAR fan, and her BF was part of that family. But, that has really nothing to do with whether Emily has grieved enough to move on.

I'm stunned. I actually like vampire girl now. Was she just in this for the camera time? I give her credit for stepping down when she knew it wasn't working for her.

I guess you can't really tell when someone is ready to move on. Maybe its when you do find the right person, ya know?

I think Brad is running scared that these girls are turning HIM down before he turns them down...........you know, you always want to be the one who does the breaking up not the person who is broken up with........that is totally Brad.
