The Attic - wishes only?

I'm in the early stages for thinking about planning a 10 year VR. WE'd be doing an escape or whatever they'll be calling the small one then. Living in Canada there is no way we'd get more than 20 people to fly down for it (we just want our closest friends anyway). Is it possible to rent out The Attic afterwards? From what I've read it seems it might be for Wishes only but if it available for corporate events or something as well we could possible finagle it that way (husband owns a corp). Anyone know? I'd just love to have a brunch there after a morning wedding. Thanks!

I'm an Escape bride, and we're having our afternoon buffet at The Attic after our ceremony . So it's definitely possible! You do have to meet the $7500.00 minimum though - which stinks, but we're doing a portrait session too which counts towards the minimum...so by the time you pay for the food to feed people you're almost there anyway!

Just to clarify, the food and beverage minimum for the Attic is $1,000 before 5pm.

If you book an Escape package and want to add on a private event like brunch at the Attic, you are required to spend a minimum of $7,500 on your vow renewal day, and the price of the Escape package counts toward it.

One more question - isn't the $7500 for weekend bookings or do all escape packages that have an add-on then require a $7500 expenditure? We'd be booking our wedding for a Monday. Thanks again!

Yep—if you add a private event to the package, it triggers the minimum no matter what day of the week it is.
