Haven't stayed at Caribbean in a long time so I would say Caribbean Beach.

Both! In the summer, we arrive early and are out by noon/1ish, then go back to the hotel to swim/take naps and are back in the parks around 5/6 until close!

Birthday!!! We celebrated me and my DSis 30th there last yr and nxt yr hopefully we will be celebrating my DD's 3rd!

Hmmmm, good question!! Depends what park but for the most part I'd rather take pix with the characters!
