Wow, so many have had Poison Ivy! The Dr gave me some medicine for the itch and it knocked me out. I slept all afternoon honestly could not hold my head up or keep my eyes open. I get the "Loopy", Sheryl

WFD- going to Drunco tonight so I will just be eating horsderve type things.

Also getting my hair colored for the first time tonight too! I may look like that after they get done with me, the boss and her boss are doing it.

Drunco and getting your hair dyed may not be a great combination! Have fun!

I can really commiserate with you right now. I broke out in rash from sunscreen again! I've been loopy on benadryl today. This was the baby sunscreen too. I wish I could at least have the reaction when I put it on, not a day later.

Did they say anything about giving you a shot of something? That is what they did for me...it didn't really work great but it may for you.

Liam has a baseball game tonight at 7:30. I am NOT thrilled about it. Even if the game is super fast, we won't be home until 8:45, and if it is a typical game... I may be sleeping at the field tonight.

We had cheeseburgers and fries for dinner.

Just a quick moment.........I wanted to let you all know that Kris' grandmother passed away at 1pm this afternoon...........We have now lost 4 people in 5 months time........I feel defeated.........It was the best thing that she passed, but it still doesn't take the hurt away........poor Kris, my heart aches for him, he was close to her.

I am so sorry Wendie....prayers for you all...PM me if you need to talk.

Kathy- I don't think TSA will let me through with the liquor and I don't wanna unpack and repack- but I did add this sample I got that is powdered margarita mix- all I have to do is raid the minibottles on the plane-Rick's got enough freebie coupons for that!


Thanks for all the suggestions. I had most but did add a couple of things that I hadn't thought of. I'm a planner and Rick seems to think I have this magic bag like Mary Poppins that as soon as he needs something I can reach in and pop it out. When I have that kind of rep going for me I'd really hate to disappoint. (Sometimes I feel like a camel with my hump-that's what we're paring down)

At the Christmas party for work he was telling the guys about it and they decided to test me.......yeah, even then I could come up with a highliter, scissors, stamps, and food.

It's a sickness, I know.

Tonight is hotel restaurant food as we are in Houston. I am closer to home!

Wendie I'm sorry to hear about Kris' grandma but she is a better place. I lost both my grandfather and dad within 2 1/2 months of each other so not fun. Let us know if we can help.

Just got in from my parents, do you all mind if I am a proud Aunt for a moment???????????.......

DN won first playoff game tonight 7-1, but the exciting news was that we found out she was nominated for the Gatorade Player of the Year. Just really cool she was nominated, I am so proud! (I laughed, I told her I feel like she was nominated for the Heishman!) All her hard work has paid off.

Dinner was take out fish & chips after the game.

Sorry, Woodfield. I looked for something around the things you told me you were near when DH said we could stay around there instead of the border. But, it's booked, so cross your fingers nothing comes up to change it. Friday 6/6. But I'll PM you our number or call and see what we can set up!

Drunco came after the hair dye and it turned out pretty good. As usual it was a fun night with some good food. I made my tuna spread and one lady made this cheese spread. Don't know the exact recipe, neither does she , but it's cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, jalepeno, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, hot sauce and enough mayo to hold it together. She just puts it in the food processor and just chops up the cheese with it then mixes in the other stuff.
