Anyone know how the power outlets are laid out in a DVC Studio? Do we need extension chords if we want to charge our iPhones by the bed (in the Value's the outlet on one side of the king beds is way down the wall and impossible to get to the phone while it is plugged in, for instance). We'll probably bring one anyway just in case, but if someone knows if there are plugs on boths sides of the bed near the headboard that would be great...

We have a standard view Studio in Kidani Village, what kind of view can we expect? Probably parking lot?

We are going in January. Staying in a Kidani 1 bedroom villa.

We have a standard view...Anyone know where most of the 1 bedroom standards are located on the map of Kidani, out of curiosity?

I do believe that standard views would be on the "outside" of the backwards "3" so you'd be facing the parking lot area - but there are tennis courts and a bbq area with lots of trees. It is such a beautiful resort any view will probably be very nice.

We will be celebrate our honeymoon there this summer july 28 to august 5th, first stay even at AKV , went to BOMA last year and fell in love with the resort.
we went all out and rented a 1bedroom villa in kidani, savanah view.

Animal Kingdom Lodge shuttle runs between Jambo House and Kidani Village 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily (check with the front desk for exact times during your visit).

From All Ears Oct. 26:
Animal Kingdom Lodge shuttle runs between Jambo House and Kidani Village 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily (check with the front desk for exact times during your visit).

When we were there last month they used a van to shuttle people back and forth... But remember that it is a very easy walk over too.

Does AKL offer valet parking? If I remember correctly the lot was close enough to not really need this, but just wondering. (More like needing an in hotel shuttle to the rooms )

Yes there is valet parking at both buildings.
