Okay a couple more changes, sorry! We extended the trip a day so 6/26-7/3 and added
Whispering Canyon at 6:40 pm on 7/2, and The Plaza at 6:15 on 7/1. Sorry yet again, my family can get a bit indecissive.

Yeah, I know how indecisiveness can go. I have changed mine a thousand times. It's just that nobody notices my changes because I can make them myself. lol. I did have a question though. Is the Plaza ADR in place of the other one you have? Didn't know. LMK.

We will be at POR at the same time! Maybe we'll run into each other. We are both families of five (my MIL is going w/us), so we'll both be in Alligator Bayou. This is our second trip, but first at a mod resort. Congrats on keeping it a secret from the kids. We wanted to suprise our kids too. We were originally supposed to go in April, but moved it back to June to save money. When we told our boys we couldn't go in April, the looks on their faces were so sad, we had to tell them about June. The best advice I can give you for your first trip, is to not expect to do everything. We all went in w/our top 3 rides per park and we planned on doing that as our must haves, anything else we got to do was a bonus. You guys will have so much fun!! The DISboards have so much great info on here. It really helped in making our first trip go so smoothly.

I'm sure we won't be hard to missed..5 lost & excited newbies! lol
Thanks for the must do list... that's definitely something I would like the kids to do because I'm constantly told that you can't do or see everything at WDW in one trip.

I added everything to the list on page 1. We love Kona and I am wondering if I am going to miss it this year. We left it off to try a couple of new places.

Honestly... I'm only worried about Tony's. I have an uneasy feeling that we won't enjoy it (to the point that I'm thinking about PAYING OOP for Kona breakfast, and booking another signature for that evening) Anyone have anything to say about Tony's??

We've only eaten there once, but we really enjoyed it..not picky eaters at all though...

When we went the first time it was just the hubs and I so it was AK but now that we are taking the lil ones for the 1st time prob MK!

Was Epcot but may have changed for the same reason as above!

-DHS? tie btwn RNR and TOT but maybe something else now since its been 10yrs!

(sorry I just have to say that at least once a day, I'm so excited ) Anyway, I was just catching up on this thread from the weekend and I loved all your answers to the weekly get to know you. By the way, thanks Anjalee for posting them, that's a great idea and fun. Here's mine for the week:

Need help deciding if we should eat at 1900 Park Fare when we first arrive. We get in in the afternoon & it's our 1st time to wdw so we want to wait until the next day to do a full day at the park.
We need somewhere to eat dinner (on dining plan) & 1900 Park Fare has availability. I think it would be a great way to start but the next day we're having dinner at CRT. Do you think some of the magic will be taken if we already eat with Cinderella & the kids get a glimpse of MK? Or will it add to it?
I hope this makes sense. (& wasn't sure what board to post to)

2. When I told people we're going to Disney they said "You live in Florida, why would you pay all that money to stay there? Just go for a day or so." They so don't get it it!

I personally think that since you are already going to CRT and it's your first Disney experience, that there is nothing like seeing Cinderella and the castle for the first time. I would try something else. Eating at 1900 Pare Fare is fun, but I think it would take from the magic of CRT just a little. Just my idea... I don't know what others will say.

Add me to the list! My family (DH, DS9 and myself) arrive on June 25th for 5 nights at AKV Jambo House and then switch on June 30th to BLT for 5 nights! This will be our first time home as DVC owners and we are super excited!

Hi everyone!

Just checking in - we're another week closer!!

In 13 weeks time, I will be almost at MCO... ready to be whisked off in our towncar to Kidani Village sooooo excited!

Our TA has managed to book us places at a Wishes Dessert party, never done one before and really looking forward to it. Can't wait to see MSEP, Magic Memories & You and then Wishes/summer fireworks show!!
