I'm hoping that my son grows an extra half inch before we got to Disney this year. He is just a tad short for Space Mt. and Expedition Everest. He is so excited to ride EE. We keep telling him that if he keeps eating, maybe he will be tall enough. He is not a big eater so anything we can do to get him to eat is a plus with us. :thumbsup2 I just hope he grows that extra half inch or he is going to be really sad. Maybe he can wear really big shoes! ;)

We are in the same boat. DS(4) is just a half of an inch shy of 40". I'm hoping he goes thru a growing spurt between now and our trip. If not, I'm going to have one sad little boy who won't be able to ride Star Tours. So if you hear a kid screaming and wailing that he just wants to go on Star Tours, that will probably be us. Here's to really hoping he grows that extra amount. He's so close!! I need some extra pixie dust:wizard:

Add me to the list of moms waiting for my kids to grow. We were there last year and they were over the 44" mark so could ride most of the rides, they of course loved all the roller coasters. My husband went on rocking roller coaster with a friend while my kids pouted. They are dying to try RR, I hope they make it. My son just measured at 47 1/2 at the doctor's office so he should make it by June. The problem is my kids are twins so if my son can go, my daughter will not be happy if she doesn't make the cutoff. She's probably just above 46 inches right now so I don't know if she'll grow enough. I'm thinking of getting her those platform type skechers just for the trip. In the meantime, they'll be drinking alot of milk between now and June.

By the way I love reading everyone's responses to the questionaire. For those that said Columbia house was your favorite QS, what especially did you like on the menu?

We'll be there May 30th (Pop), then moving to AKL May 31st - June 5th. I have never been this particular week before but have gone the 2nd and 3rd week of June. It's hot but crowds weren't that bad. It can be stormy then. I remember trying to get to an ADR in Japan one evening and it was a gulley washer! Walking WS we had rain up over our ankles and lightening cracking bad.

Our schedule for the week:

May 30: Arrive around 2:30 after getting off ME. Check in and CRT for dinner.

May 31: DHS (DGD wants to see F! and we're not hopping. Do have MM F! package though)

June 1st: MK

June 2nd: Epcot with lunch at Chelfs de France.

June 3rd: AK then maybe DTD if we're up for it or hang out at resort

June 4th: Our last day and I told DGD she could pick the park we go too...

June 5th: Go home.

well, we just told our kids. :) Got dh on skype and teased them a little with clues. They were totally floored that we are going in J une since ds will still be in school and my rule has always be "no removal from school for vacation!" but since DH will just be coming home, AND the prices were too good to pass up, I am willing to make an exception this one time. ;)

YAY! That's so awesome!

They also have them in the parks, at least they had them in June and November when we went. Our DD has been looking forward to them for a while now, and at Hoop-Dee-Doo, they have all the graduates stand up (this was June 18th-ish last year) just like with birthdays and anniversaries, so she's rather excited for that next year as well.

LOL! At least your kids are graduating soon! My DD14 is already doing her countdown saying she wants those and a build a bear! :rotfl:

At least she has no trouble with goal setting. :rotfl:

LOL! Not a bit. In fact she's the only one of her friends that picked what college she wants to go to and what she wants to do as a career 3 yrs ago and is still on track for that! I'm very shocked. :goodvibes
