My party will be there June 17th-27th, 103 days away! We're already biting at the bit to get down to Disney! We've planned a couple of things for us; the Wishes Dessert party and Sunrise safari on the 19th, Hoop-Dee-Doo on the 20th, 50's Prime Time Cafe on the 22nd, backstage magic tour on the 23rd, and Jiko on the 25th. This will be our teenager's last Disney trip before her senior year, but she's already informed us she's getting her graduation ears next year, so I guess we better start planning!

1) What is your favorite Disney park? Magic Kingdom

2) What is your least favorite Disney park? Hollywood Studios

3) Favorite attraction in each park?
-DHS? Toy Story Mania
-MK? Pirates of the Caribbean
-EPCOT? Test Track
-AK? Kilimanjaro Safaris

4) When you go to Disney, what is the first thing you/your family usually does? Head over to the Magic Kingdom and either go to POTC or Transit authority in Tomorrowland

5) What is your favorite Disney QS restaurant? Casey's Corner

6) What is your favorite Disney TS restaurant? 50's Prime Time Cafe

7) What is your favorite Disney memory....(since the theme is Let the Memories Begin). there are way too many!

8) What is your favorite hotel? AKL/WL - they're so different, so it's hard to
choose
9) What is your favorite Disney movie? Pirates of the Caribbean

10) What Disney character would you most like to be? Belle (:

Hope everyone has a fabulous vacation, the counting down will pay off!

Graduation ears? I have missed this! My DD will have just graduated (the week before our trip)..I'm sure she'd love those. Where would we find them?

For those of you that have booked the Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party, did you book online or over the phone? The reason I ask is b/c I called yesterday and to make a reservation and they told me they had ony extended booking until May 31st. That it hadn't opened up yet for June. Looks like I'm going to have to call back again today.:confused3

I booked online. I have heard that some people were able to book over the phone though. I think it depends on who you get when you call. :confused3

I think your right about it just depends on who you get. I just called back this morning after seeing everyone post about getting ressies. So I was able to make reservations for the Wishes Dessert Party for June 15. Can you add me to the list of ADR's Anjalee6? Thanks again for keeping this thread going!!

They also have them in the parks, at least they had them in June and November when we went. Our DD has been looking forward to them for a while now, and at Hoop-Dee-Doo, they have all the graduates stand up (this was June 18th-ish last year) just like with birthdays and anniversaries, so she's rather excited for that next year as well.

I just ordered hers online so that she'll have them when we leave. Thanks for letting me know about them!!!

I wonder if any other places will give her special attention when she wears them..

We arrive at the Poly on the 1st then move to Bonnett Creek on the 5th!!!
My parents have a time share and stayed a yr ago this past Jan and LOVED it...can't wait.
We will be the ones that have the kids with the towels that look like old Mickey Mouse club shirts with then kids names on then and mickey ear hoods! My mom makes them for the kids:laughing: of course not sure the teenagers are going to wear them this time around

Welcome! I added you to our list on page 1 but didn't know when you were leaving Bonnett Creek.

We switched our trip from Dec to June 10-17. Staying off site but got a heck of a flight deal. So excited to go to the World and be there with my parents on there Anniversary!

Welcome to our group.

Just want to see my ticker. I wish June would get here. Although living in the south should be careful what I wish for.:rotfl:
Keep up the good work Anjalee!! Thanks!

Thanks for the compliment. I am really trying to keep things fun for us while we plan and wait!

No problem. I added the Dessert Party to the list of ADRs but I didn't know the exact time. There are two times right? If you want me to be specific, I will. If not, we can leave it the way that it is. I am glad that you got what you wanted though. :thumbsup2 I love working on the thread. Thanks for the compliment.

My kids are wondering - how less busy will it be in June (first week) vs mid July when we usually go. Do you think we'll notice a difference?

I think you will notice a difference. It's usually not as crowded because some schools in the country are still in session until the middle-end of June. We usually go in July or August too, but thought we would try something different (not for the crowds-just wanted a different perspective).

Sorry, It's at 9pm.

Thanks. That's good to know.
My son is still in school till the 24th of June (were' up in Mass) my daughter graduates at the end of May though. But since dh will just be coming home AND the price was right I just had to do it. I've never ever ever pulled my kids out of school for vacation. :teacher: grandpa is razzing me BAD. I feel slightly guilty...but not a lot. :rotfl:

I'm a teacher and even I won't razz you for that one. Go when you can especially if it means spending time with your husband.

I LOVE the Grad Ears! My husband just graduated from college in December and I'm thinking about getting him a surprise pair when we get down there in June. :cool1: I'm so proud of him and how hard he worked, I think he's earned some ears.
