The luggage room/shed is the small building in the upper left hand of the picture. As I said before, you will not even notice it from the entrance as it's on the right hand side of the building. If you head out the steps toward the spa, tennis courts or Polynesian, hang a right and it's right in front of you. Nothing to worry about.

Cinderumbrella, I second the Wildlife Discovery Tour. If you've ever done the Sunrise Safari it is similar minus the breakfast and at a slower pace. I agree about the scones, too. They're great and the same that are served at the tea.

mmm...scones... you all are making me hungry!!

I am using a TA and wondering if I should have her do my ADRs. Do you book all your own ADRs and tours Cinderumbella?

Minniesota and GoofyGal...You are sooo funny!!!:rotfl: I have no idea if he was a hottie...I saw him said good morning and pulled that curtains back closed in a blink!!! It was a memorable moment...not exactly a magical one though!!! :rotfl:

Cinderumbrella Congratualtions!!! I am so happy for you!!!:dance3: What a nice birthday present for you....:cloud9:

They do not give out slipper in SL....:sad2:..I am jealous...I want slippers too...;)

I made my own ADR's even though I used a TA for my reservations. It is very easy to make your reservations on-line or by calling WDW.

Cinderumbrella I have let IPO book my ADRs,cabanas etc...and I have not been disappointed...I send them a list of what ADRs I would like to book and the days and preferred times...the day after the 90 day mark they will email you your itinerary...simple as that! One of the nicest perks of staying CL IMO...:thumbsup2

My TA has done it for the past few trips, but I trust her completely to get what I want... using a call center to do it makes me nervous :rotfl:

Thanks Blue!!! I am bouncing off the walls here about it!! :yay:
And what is this about a hot window peeper??????????? :lmao:

Do you need a special link if your TA made the ressie?? On line ADR's weren't up yet for our June trip, so I am a newb to that part too!!

This is where I am torn, Blue, since one of the great perks of staying CL is getting IPO services... but I am the anal type who gets up on the 90th day at 6am (my time) to make the ADR call... I really want Narcoosee's for my bday dinner, but I am worried that with the + 10 rule, that the Tgiving peeps will beat me to it... do you think IPO would have an edge that us regular folks don't have?? We also want Le Cellier, Cali Grille and Citricos but not until later in the trip...

I've always had IPO make our dining reservations, book tours, etc., no matter which resort, and never had a problem. But then, I don't usually request anything that is difficult to get, like CRT - so I'm probably not the best one to ask!;)

And CRT dinner is on my list... I like to eat there before MVMCP...

But the "guys" said it was OK to skip it this year  You mean boys older than 6 get sick of Cinderella, say it isn't so!! :sad1:

Thanks for all the hints about the safari, I will have to read up on that! As for IPO, I still have a couple of weeks before I need to make up my mind whether or not to use them for ADR's or do it myself (I am intrigued about the on-line ADR's :surfweb:)

Any suggestions for rooms? I know I can request a MK view and keep my fingers and toes crossed that I get it ;) but anyones to avoid??

I just wanted to add that I sent IPO my dining requests a couple of weeks before my 90 mark. The morning of my mark, the IPO did their best to get my requests in. The got all of them except Ohana's. After that they typed out a great itinerary and forwarded that to me with all my requests and confirmation numbers. Now that there is an online ADR system, and I'm an obsessive planner, I have been making tons of changes to my original ADRs, adding, cancelling, changing times/dates! After every change, I email the IPO office with the new ADR # and time and they add it to the itinerary and then the resend me an updated one. All requests are met within 24 hours, and they are really accommodating. I must have made at least a dozen changes! :lmao:

I forgot to say in my last post that you do not have to use your resort reservation number to book dining online. You just go to the restaurants page, select the restaurant you are interested in booking, and click on the booking link. Then put in the date and time you are interested in, and when the search page comes up, if your requested time is there, click it and "add to cart" (you will have to login before checking out). If not, you click "modify search" and start over. Easy!

The only problem I've had with the online reservation system is that some of the restaurants are not online. For instance, I had to call to book the Garden View Lounge, you can't book that on the website.

Every room view we've had has been beautiful, we enjoy the courtyard and the view of the themed pool/wedding chapel/Poly. Sadly, we've never been in a MK view room in RPC, so I can't comment on that - but the photos that johnsonet posted a few pages back were incredible, as well as Praline's photos of that view.

BCV, I forgot to tell you I DID have the triffle in RPC!! It was a wonderful surprise and just as delicious as in the tea room. There is no rhyme or reason when they serve it. It just appeared two days out of our eight day stay.

I agree with Cinderumbrella if you have a TA you TRUST let her do it. Otherwise, it's best to do it yourself.

So can we agree there is ONE reason why RPC is better than SL :rotfl2: (I'm joking, no flames please!! :firefight :rotfl:) I'd stay SL in a heartbeat! Heck I'd even stay in that Sago room with the dumpster view just to be at the GF again! :rotfl:

Kristin, from the past two T-givings I've experienced, the Signature Restaurants are not that difficult to get into. We've even changed restaurants ON T-Giving without a problem. The majority of the crowds will die down that Sat and Sun. Monday the place will be all yours! :yay: We noticed that a LOT of extended families travel during T-Giving, they tend to favor the buffets. We couldn't get into ANY buffet last minute (with IPO's help) until after the holiday weekend. I wouldn't be too worried. Also keep in mind that the crowds are fewer this year due to the economy. Many people are not going to be paying OOP for Citricos or Narcoossee's with 12 or more family members with them

I say let IPO handle it this year, think of it as a birthday treat! :cake:

I have changed so many times...so I should update IPO....

WE have 5 nights booked at the RPC 12/13-12/18 for our wedding anniversary. What is the best chance of getting a MK view.

Can they be requested or not? If I do request, how do I go about doing it: calling the call center the IPO?

Thansk!

I would update IPO. I did my own dining last year at the BWI and they had no idea when I asked for an itinerary. It cant hurt.

::yes::

Same with V&A at the GF. Last I tried, Saana and Paradisio37 couldn't be booked online either but maybe they've been added by now.

I agree! Like I said before, if you didn't know it was the luggage room, you'd never notice the building.

::yes::::yes::::yes:: about the luggage room.

It's nice that the treats at tea time vary, isn't it?

I don't think there's any need to notify them of updates as long as you're using the same phone number that's listed for your room reservation. I usually make all or most of my dining reservations and have always received a correct itinerary upon checkin.

The online reservation system asked for a number to be reached during vacation or something like that so if I were staying club level next trip, I don't think IPO could find my reservations. In that case, an email or call shortly before arrival day should suffice I think.

I think the chance is roughly 30%.

I would request it on your reservation through Disney Reservation Center and also email IPO.

Could you have used your home phone for your room reservation and cell phone for dining or vice versa? Did they find them for you?

Hi BCV

Yes they did find them for me but it took awhile. If I do my own dining now I just send them an email update.

I got the cutest letter on GF stationary today!! I am going to have to scan it and post it so you guys can see it.

I asked for slippers at SL and got them, unfortunately they were very big so my DH now has them!
