Hi everyone. We finally saw Princess Diary 2 tonight. What a great movie. Love the actress. The love interest wasn't bad either, but I don't know who he was.

Still have not see Pirates of the Caribbean. I bought it at Christmas, then lost it. I just found it on Ed's shelf in the study the other day so we'll have to see it soon.

Hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend. Don't know what I'm doing tomorrow yet but I bet it involves a lawnmower.

Darn woman! How fast does that blasted grass grow??? I do so love our desert landscaping. I had to break down and pull the one weed in my front yard this morning. Then I had to come back in and take a rest!

Ha! It doesn't grow that fast. I just keep saying I'm gonna mow it and I don't. So I have to keep saying I'm gonna mow it! Actually I did the front at the beginning of the week so the neighbors wouldn't talk about us, but I didn't get to the back. Now the front needs it again and the back needs it even worse. But it rained a lot today and is still raining tonight and the back will be a swamp until we have a good 85 degree day.

I couldn't do desert, though. I think it's a beautiful place to visit but I'd miss the green terribly. I'd have one of those yards with astroturf on it!!!

I snuck (sneaked?) off to the mall and walked FIVE MILES in 80 minutes, including warm up/cool down and one potty break!!!!
Funny how the long walk this weekend was way easier than last weekend....because I actually exercised a little in between
I'd say the new shoes and correction to my stride also helped.

Now I'm catching up on the DIS then will go do some crafts, as I have to make PixieMagic's birthday card.....and....um....some other things too

Good evening everyone
I have had yet another super busy day. We had a sound of music rehearsal this afternoon and the director wasn't happy. It is only 3 weeks to opening night and there were lots of people missing. Then I got home and finished painting the new room. We just have the floor to do now (which we will do tomorrow) and then put the things on the walls.
This evening I have a friend coming to visit and stay over. She was my best friend in high school and I was matron of honor at her wedding a 4 years ago. I haven't seen her in ages as she still lives in the same village we grew up in which is 2 hours away.

Welcome back home [COLOR=999900]hyzdufan[/COLOR], [COLOR=6600FF]s&ksmom[/COLOR], and everybody else.

RRBB and Nieceosaurus just got home. they had a great trip. They were actually on TV. QVC did a live feed from CKU.... Nieceosaurus was so very happy. I am still getting good stories, but they had a bunch of fun...

As for me, one of the people in my office had carpel tunnel surgery a week ago... I have een buried at work with no time to dis. Sorry if I haven't been around much.

I was at work friday night until almost 11:00pm. Saturday I wound up babysitting my niece and nephew until 10:30...I was in wprk from 11:00am until 3:00pm (when Ihad to go to the airport. Wewent to an early dinner at Rainforest Cafe...Now we are home and I am in bed with Nieceosaurus and my vacuum cleaner.
