The has been out for about 3 hours now and Pete is finishing making the doors. I might actually get to paint the window and door frames this evening. Fingers crossed. Then tomorrow we should be able to put the insulation in and put the plaster board up. Then I might have a room that is actually weather tight. So if it rains from then on it won't matter as I can still work
Sorry to bore you with the details but I hate having projects to do and not being able to get on with them.
I guess I should go find that paint brush and put my painting clothes on.

I sent Sam to take the boys to the movies then to the grocery store to pick up a few things. She reminds me of the kid on Family Circus that takes the long way around and makes many stops before they actually finsih the task. ugh gone now for a 1/2 trip she stopped at her work, at a friends to pick something up yada yada

Evening all, right now I'm sitting on my swing seat drinking my wine (you have to love the wireless connection ) The sun came out and everything dried out. I even got my window surrounds painted.

I am now alone in my house, sorta... My parents went off to bed just now (9:15) because my mom has to get up at 4 AM to go to Dallas for a meeting or something like that, so of course my dad is getting up wit her. I am lonely... even the dogs are sleeping!! Is anybody on right now??

The only melo-dramatic news on my front is that on Thursday I have a Youth Advisory Commission (YAC) meeting at 5, and then I have to be back at the high school by 5:30 ready for a show-off. That means that not only do I get to leave the YAC meeting early (I'm the chair-person!!! The main officer basically...), but I have to come dressed in my uniform (just a little tank top and dance flare pants, not the whole cowboy uniform, thank goodness!!) with performance make-up!! Performance make-up is basically where you put about 5 pounds of make-up on. It's going to be interesting.... I guess I'll stop boring you and making such a big deal out of a little thing and go!! Tata!!
