That's a cool picture and if I can figure out how to save it onto my computer and load it onto Photobucket, I would post it on the 1st page and replace the current map that is there.

Here ya go

Would anyone know what room request we should make for staying in the garden wing? Do all floors have balconys (patios). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

The 1st floor rooms have a patio, however there are no balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

Thanks, I did not know that. Any other suggestions you could offer on what to request for the wing room?
You're welcome and other then knowing about the difference between the 3 floors I can not give any more advice about what room to request, because my family and I have not stayed in the Garden Wing. However there are others on here who have stayed in the Garden Wing and I am sure they would be happy to give you any more advice they can.

Hi :)

Another consideration might be how close you are to the pool area and the main tower for transportation. So then you could add in a request for garden view (pool/bay lake view) in the northwest section of the garden wing (the section closest to the tower). Most maps of the resort grounds I have seen are a little deceptive in that they are usually oriented with the top of the map being east (the sun rises over bay lake).

Can anyone tell me if the pool slide @ CR has and height, weight or age restrictions?

Personally, we loved the GW room we once had on the ground floor facing BL on the end closest to the pool. We could walk right out onto the patio and be steps from BL and the pool. There were cute bunnies and ducks that would come onto the patio and we surprisingly didn't miss not being in the Tower that visit.

BTW, when making room requests, keep it very simple and don't include room numbers;). Have a great vacation!

I called CRO to ask for 1st floor/non parking lot view since we booked a standard view. The CM said the 2nd & 3rd floors have balconies. Which I knew was not correct since I have consulted with my experts here.:thumbsup2 I asked for 1st floor anyway if they could. It's amazing how much you have to be on the ball when booking.

I agree that when calling CRO you need to know all the facts, just incase in a situation like you had.

Did I tell you guys the story where the CM said to me " a little OCD are we" When I requested an odd numbered room on 11th floor she told me that it was the strangest request she had ever gotten. When I told her about the bed facing the windows she argued that alll beds in the tower on MK side faced the windows I just said oh ok but I still want my request
