I've been paying $9.95 for 24 hours of contiguous service. There is an ethernet cable in the room (no WiFi).

If you are staying Club Level, I believe they will assist you with your boarding passes/check-in. Otherwise, I think you can use the airline resort check-in service which is located in the front (port cochere) of the CR.

We've done it at guest services in the parks as well. Thanks for the head's up! I do have priority seating with Southwest so I really shouldn't need to worry as much!

You won't have to worry at all! Assuming that you are using RAC to take your luggage to the airport, the RAC employees will print your boarding pass for you (complete with your EBCI assigned group and #) when you check your bags.

We've never done RAC since we have a rental car we just take our own stuff. It might be something we should look into for this trip so that we don't have to lug all our of stuff with us!

Do it!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so worth it not to have to worry about your bags (and the ticket counter) at MCO. Just take it down before 1pm (or at least 4 hours before your flight?? Someone might need to help me with the exact numbers on this! We always take late flights so its not an issue with us). Anyway, its just like using a sky cap at the airport. They put the airline tags, give you your boarding passes and your off (remember to tip of course ) Then after you drop your car at the airport, you go straight to the security gate instead of the ticket counter.

RAC is open 5am to 1pm. I think the maximum time that you can check the bags is 12 hours before the flight (so night before wouldn't work). I read here on the transportation board that they need to be checked a minimum of 3 hours before the flight.

I was wondering.

If I check in before 4p, and they hold my luggage for me till they can deliver it, can I ask them to put a cooler in a fridge?

I haven't been in 4 years but I could swear when I had them hold my luggage on the last day until we went to the airport that they put my white choc mickey in a cool place, a fridge and he did survive and didn't melt and it was August.

So can they put certain luggage (my small cooler) in a cool area/fridge?

When you are leaving the lobby of the hotel, heading towards the bus stop, it is just outside the doors to the left. You can't miss it! We always have a bellman with us to lead us there since I can't manage my mountains of luggage alone!

You're welcome. I just want to clarify that while there isn't in-room WiFi, there is by the pool. However, the WiFi service and the in-room service are billed separately. It's like the internet dark ages here at WDW

I just called the concierge for you and was told that Bell Services does have a refrigerator available for your perishable items. Just let them know what needs to be refrigerated.

We've all been saying what a good idea it was to upgrade to CR from CBR. Best decision we made, it will totally change our vacation for the better!

Thanks for all the help that's been offered here about CR, I can't wait to get there and hopefully fall in love with it! Nothing like living on the monorail!
