Oh You Diva You! Very funny update! I just want to know how you held up in that new dress in the 90 degree weather! :lmao:

Well... it was kind of like that raving luntic woman- "I'm melting, I'm melting...!"

What a great way to break into show business!!

That witch is back again? The best way to deal with her is to turn the hose on her! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Love it Ms.Glitz and Glam. Keep it coming.

The question here is, cowboy or gangster?????

Yes, its true. Pole dancing IS one way to make it in Hollywoodland. Just keep your shirt on, okay :lmao:

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my word! GOOD ONE! :rotfl2:

Here is the pose that Gene Kelly copied from

100_1183.jpg

Yow! Chick-a-bow-wow! Nice moves lady!

Great update, Glittery Liesa. I wish I had your storytelling ability. And definitely fire the photographer. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Well, it certainly was a FUN way to break into show business, anyway! :rotfl:

That whackadoodle woman just keeps showing up! Either that or there's more than one running around with large warty noses.

The question here is, cowboy or gangster?????

Gangsta, baby!! But, I have to tell ya, the jokes are getting a bit old and stale. The whole ride needs to be updated and refreshed. I say take out the Alien scene and completely replace it- maybe with King Kong or something.

Rosie is one of a kind! :lmao:

And keep Rosie away from the pole. ;)

No kidding! :rotfl2:

Great update, Glittery Liesa. I wish I had your storytelling ability. And definitely fire the photographer. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Yes!! FIRE the photographer!! :lmao::lmao: But in her defense, the lighting was pretty nil, and my "limo" was moving too fast for her to get anything good.

Liesa, you have mentioned your blog before....if somebody were wanting to read it...where might they find these memoirs of the rich and famous?

Earlier I had called her, and she told me to first start off by seeing if I could greet my audience without a shirt on. I found THAT to be quite easy and was ready for my next lesson.

The things you have to do in this day and age to achieve fame. Sigh.

I’m still trying to decide what to call mine- I’ll let you know when it hits theaters near you.

Some suggestions:
Alphabet Soup
The Life And Times of Albrecht Durer
The Chronicles of Crapistan

I suspected I might need something soon for my acceptance of a VERY important, and completely useless, award that I might receive for my talents.

More importantly, it looks like something you couldn't possibly walk around in without the help of at least 4 assistants.

These made me think of my very good friend Great Biscuit (isn’t that the most awesome stage name ever??)

Yes, but his son would be forever doomed to walking through life as the Son of a Biscuit.

(Remind me, I need to speak with my photographer about making sure to focus that camera!! I may need to fire him. )

Strangely, this also reminds me of going to the movies. Focus! FOCUS!!! :rotfl2:

. At one point she became so “animated” that she threatened my dog----and I don’t’ even KNOW her!!

She threatened Davey??!! That's it. This Biscuit is going down.

Another great update! You're obviously having a lot of fun with this...and so are we! :thumbsup2

Hi Tanya, I hope you're having a wonderful morning. Mine is going to very soon be cleaning and getting ready for my son's first slumber "party" with 2 of his new friends at school. I guess I'll be nice and make them beds to sleep on. ;)

Anyway, see that camel down there in my siggie?? Just click on that- it's a link straight there. The last post was written by my daughter Bekka, then the few just before that are the same posts I put here about Germany, but starting about 5 posts back, there are all kinds of stories and thoughts about living in Kazakhstan. Enjoy! :goodvibes

Tanya, it's the SteppeSister's Songs link in her signature line. The scorpion story is well worth reading! You'll feel like you were right there with her.

Ahhhh, my Ninja-posting Friend

The things you have to do in this day and age to achieve fame. Sigh.

I know, I KNOW!!! (but I did it anyway :lmao:)

Some suggestions:
Alphabet Soup
The Life And Times of Albrecht Durer
The Chronicles of Crapistan

All very good!! At least could prominently feature outhouses.

More importantly, it looks like something you couldn't possibly walk around in without the help of at least 4 assistants.

I still cannot figure out how Dame Judy did it!! :confused3 That thing weighs a ton!

Yes, but his son would be forever doomed to walking through life as the Son of a Biscuit.

Sounds lewd.

Is this a quote- quick fill me in!!

I hear buckets of water work well. All I know is that she left in a big "hiss...y" of steam.

I hope Mary gets her G up soon, I want to get H up soon.

A slumber party for boys.....yeah - good luck with that! :rolleyes1 With 3 boys of my own within 4 years of each other every night of their childhood felt like a slumber party - especially when some of them were sharing a room - and if we ever through a friend into that mix.....:scared1:

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction of the blog.....I will check in with that camel as soon as I'm done checking the boards

I'm with you there. The Great Movie Ride could be so much cooler. Maybe they could add 3D glasses and some targets to shoot at. I bet Gene Kelley would be worth at least 500,000.

Ahhhh, my Ninja-posting Friend

I join in when I can. Most of you have been talking to each other long before I showed up, so there are a lot of inside jokes or references to prior posts that go way over my head. So I just throw something in when I feel like I have something to contribute. :goodvibes

Sounds lewd.

Moi??? :rolleyes1

Is this a quote- quick fill me in!!

No, I was just thinking of how many times I've gone to the theater and the projectionist has started the movie out of focus. It happens more than you think.

But it could be a quote. Mr. Miyagi liked to shout, "Focus, Daniel-san, FOCUS!!" in the Karate Kid movies. :thumbsup2

I'd still like to see them add the guns and targets to It's A Small World... :rolleyes1

As for the Great Movie Ride, I'd love for them to find a way for you to "be" in the movie by choosing a character and then simulating their adventure. Can you imagine how many boys (and men) would be lining up to be Indiana Jones?

They've been planning for days. Here's tonight's line-up:

1) Play with the dog.

2) Play flashlight kick the can.

3) Row in the rowboat

4) Watch Toy Story 3

5) Eat BBQ chicken.

6) Have a pillow fight.

7) Eat a snack.

8) Play Legos.

9) Stay up until 2:00 AM

10) Get up and eat pancakes.

I say they have about a 50% chance of doing about 50% of what's on the list. ;) Some of it, I KNOW they won't be doing, because I have supreme over-ruling power. Had they had any wisdom, pillow fighting wouldn't have made the list. :lmao:

That's actually a pretty cool list - my boys, had they ever bothered to make one, would have consisted of

1 - Destroy things

2 - Make lots of noise while destroying things

3 - Get in trouble for destroying something they shouldn't have.......

Booo.

Or should I say, "Aw, mom..."

:lmao::rotfl2:

I was just reading a Dave Barry book, and he had an essay about how a guy would plan for a girls slumber party. He said he would make sure to include their favorite party games, such as "Run Around Screaming" and "Run Around Screaming Some More." :rotfl:

I second the motion.

All in favor...

:wave2: Aye!

:lmao: How 'bout those munchkins, or the yawing jaw of the alien? yes! I can really see this!!

I think you've done very well at finding something appropriate to say quite often- as for the other times....:rolleyes1:lmao:

Mostly everyone just jokes about my shoe going in the outhouse, my toilet spewing vile black material, my "hairy" feet, or how short I am. That pretty much sums it up.

Oui, Vous!

No, I was just thinking of how many times I've gone to the theater and the projectionist has started the movie out of focus. It happens more than you think.

I've never seen that happen. Maybe my face was buried too deep into the popcorn. :rotfl2:

But it could be a quote. Mr. Miyagi liked to shout, "Focus, Daniel-san, FOCUS!!" in the Karate Kid movies. :thumbsup2

:lmao: In his post-stardom life, I'm sure he's running a projector in a very important basement theater.

I'd still like to see them add the guns and targets to It's A Small World... :rolleyes1

I could see that! Poeple could use their flashing cameras as the guns. They are already well-practiced at that!

As for the Great Movie Ride, I'd love for them to find a way for you to "be" in the movie by choosing a character and then simulating their adventure. Can you imagine how many boys (and men) would be lining up to be Indiana Jones?

And the women would be Scarlett or Bo Derek.

I give a tentative aye, but would hope they don't mess up anything in the "white room" with neon laser colors.

That sounds awesome! Can I come? :lmao::

If you bring the pizza.

We always screamed loudest right after making a crank call at 3:00 AM- man that was fun stuff!
