In addition to Fox Soccer Channel I also get GoalTV. FSC has much better coverage of matches but GoalTV covers the Spanish and German leagues and has some weekly magazine shows for the Bundesliga (Germany), Serie A (Italy), and La Liga (Spain). Setanta used to carry some additional EPL games along with Ligue 1 (France) and the Scottish Premier League but they were turned into Fox Soccer Plus and they charge too much as far as I'm concerned. All 3 are available on DirecTV. The first two are part of the standard sports package while FSP requires an additional $14 on top of the $12 sports package.
If your ISP is part of the network with ESPN3 they show a lot of matches. Finally there is P2P television. It is a bit more gray market and many of the matches are feeds from Romania or Tunisia but they carry a lot of the big European matches as long as you don't care about sound.
Lastly, I highly recommend the Guardian Football Weekly podcast. During the season they do a show on Mondays and Thursdays and during big tournaments like the World Cup and Euros they do a daily show. If you like puns and British humor you will laugh a lot at the shows.
