Wow - the girls are terrible!!! Okay, maybe not terrible, but not that good. There were far better female singers last season. Let's hope the second hour is better.

lol i know. maybe America is just so dried up on talent that these are the only people they can find? because they've said this season and last season that they put people thru who didn't make it past Hollywood during the previous season.

i think most of the contestants this season have way too much attitude than they should. you haven't won yet, so keep the 'tude in check at least until then!

Exactly, and I've never heard Carrie, Chris or any other person because they're not played in my world. BUT I don't say "what happened to them" because I do realize that they are played elsewhere. What I'm saying is they have NOT disappeared, they are just not played in your world.

I bought Ruben's last recording with a good friend of mine, Dietrich Haddon in December and Fantasia has an awesome single out with Aretha Franklyn, "Put You Up on Game". Ruben's song was a collaborative with several gospel songs.

i don't blame him at all. i bet Nigel Lythgoe takes over afterwards. and i hope he doesn't, because i can't stand him on So You Think You Can Dance...he critiques the dancers as if he knows anything about dance.
