We don't need to use the 4th FP+ option, as we have the Speedway already scheduled with two out of our 15 FP+ reservations. We scheduled 5 for 7DMT, 5 for BTMRR, 3 for Space Mnt and 2 for the Speedway. I'm not anticipating there will be much available in the way of 4th FastPasses once we finish using those tonight.

Right. I got that. I was more asking to those that said one could get it after arriving. I know that's possible during low crowds but today, I didn't think it would be.

Most likely. If you walk into the park with FP+ in hand for Space, Splash and 7DMT, you could likely get a 4th FP for the Speedway. As of a minute ago, Touring Plans was reporting the following availability for the Spedway:

4:15pm‑5:15pm · 6:45pm‑7:45pm · 7:00pm‑8:00pm · 7:45pm‑8:45pm · 8:00pm‑9:00pm · 8:55pm‑9:55pm · 9:15pm‑10:15pm · 9:50pm‑10:50pm · 10:05pm‑11:05pm · 10:55pm‑11:55pm · 11:25pm‑12:25am · 11:30pm‑12:30am

Is TP lines app not providing info on same day FP+ availability? That is great if true.

Just checked TP lines and looks like FP+ availability info is for a party of 1, which makes it less than helpful for the average family, too bad they don't also report for a party of 4.

We were at the World 12/23-12/28. Yes, it was crowded and the wait times were long, but like the OP and others said, if you get there early, you can get tons done. We did use FP+ for the big ticket waits (A&E, 7DMT), but other than that, it was mostly a strategy of getting there early, doing some of the lesser attended attractions in the afternoon (Tiki Birds, Treehouse, Country Bears, etc.) and waiting for nighttime when the wait times on a lot of rides went down. For example, Christmas night, we had no wait at around 7:30pm for Dumbo. All in all, it was really a pleasant trip experience, even with the crowds, but only because we got up and got a ton of stuff done in the first couple of hours after park opening.
