That was a WILD game!

I feel like, if KC had of lost, Travis would be raging and moody and Taylor would see the light and quietly distance herself and dump him within the next few months.

But since they won, he’ll be all jovial and she’ll stick with him for longer.
Don't worry about Taylor, LOL.
She has a track record of dumping the men and writing songs about it.
So there may be a Travis song before you know it, LOL :rotfl2:

Mine too, but the poor coach was under a lot of pressure - if he tossed him and they lost, the coach would have been blamed. And then there's the whole "Taylor Effect" he'd be accused of ruining as well. I hope he takes Travis to task in private, but I understand why he didn't in the moment.
Isn't Kelce retiring? So it was his last game. He doesn't care anymore...

He had a temper tantrum at Christmas game as well. Imagine behaving that way at your job?
And what must his mom think. I just kept thinking my gosh if that was my son I'd march down there and pull him myself. Yes, I know that seems extreme, but I cannot imagine sitting in the stands watching my child (no matter the age) act like that. The thing ith his coach was really disgraceful. I hope he gets the help he so blatantly needs and sincerely apologizes. It was disgusting.

I just don’t take exception to what Kelce did yesterday. He didn’t “shove” Reid but he did get a bit too close with his chest and knocked Reid off balance. Reid normally will scream back in those situations but was caught off guard.

Just much ado about nothing to me.
And Coach Reid said same-no big deal, usually he gives back but was off balance. the amount of handwringing over this is ridiculous. It's not Swift is dependent on someone else for support :sad2:. Many many players throw their helmet in frustration but "big game fans" who don't watch regularly do no see this. Because of the "celebrity couple" status TS and TK get nitpicked over EVERYTHING. Kelce could have definitely handled it better - but you don't get to ELITE status by being a shy retiring wall flower.

Travis also already apologized to Andy and they’ve moved on.

I have no reason to like Travis Kelce as a player. I sat in the stands and watched as the Chiefs basically dominated my team (The Ravens) for the majority of the AFC Championship game.

Shanahan's reason for going on offense first:

"We wanted the ball third. If both teams matched and scored, we wanted to be the ones who had the chance to go win.”

So his thinking was, if both teams were either forced to punt, kicked a field goal or scored a touchdown, then San Francisco would have the chance to score and win on the third possession. (Under the rules, Kansas City would not be assured another chance.) Shanahan said giving his defense a rest didn’t play into the decision.

TERRIBLE thinking-he could have had the chance to win on the SECOND possession!

100% guaranteed if the 49ers had scored a touchdown the Chiefs would’ve gone for 2 on their subsequent score. Put the ball and the game in your best player’s hands.

I agree. Travis didn’t shove or put his hands on Reid. He just got too close to him and since Reid is a big guy who holds most of his weight in his stomach and was caught off guard he knocked him off balance.

And this is coming from an Eagles fan who has a soft spot for Reid.

It reminds of the times when Cam Newton was called angry and disrespectful for yelling at players and coaches but when Brady does it he’s considered passionate. Just depends on who you are.

Well, there's also that neither park even HAS Splash Mountain anymore.... Just one of many reasons to doubt the authenticity of the photo. 😉
True, but at least try to make it a bit believable by photoshopping them into the DL version where they are all supposed to be hanging out today.
