I do wonder what this order (and possible EU restrictions) could mean for the NYCM. I know it isn't till November and things could change by then but it isn't looking good.

Never mind. NYCM cancelled this morning. Wonder if they got a heads up this was coming.

Same here ! It's bittersweet because it would use been our longest trip to date (19 days) and had so many nice things planned - dessert party and cirque were already booked
Was for DD middle school graduation - the kids are upset - will be our first year not going to Disney since 1994 for me, and since 2006 and 2011 for my kids -
But this is not the Disney we know - (and we can have fun together anywhere ! )
But cancelling our house July trip was the right thing for us a this time - not even sure if I will book for 7/21 at this point !

For the first time in years, I have no trip on the books and I don’t see one on the horizon. We booked a week at a lake house- isolated, relaxed and the prettiest aqua water I’ve ever seen for a lake. It’s not Disney, but it’ll do until things change. The only big decision I have to make today is which bottle of wine to open!

There's a significant lag between infection rates going up and deaths & hospitalizations.
Actually I reside in a major metropolitan area and our icu usage is under normal occupancy. The city I live in never had a mandatory mask order. Just stating that infection numbers don’t paint the whole picture.

You must live in a very lucky place.
The rest of your state isn't having quite the same experience.

Well when you look at infection numbers of a large state its easy to be alarmed but it’s not the New York situation at all. I feel for everyone affected by all of this.

I currently have a pocket bac from Bath and Body that I'm wearing - Black Cherry Merlot - will gladly share ! 😁
I'm with ya - I don't care if the booking Windows are 60 days , 180 days, or 730 days - just want my old Disney back !

Incredible. By this point I was hoping we'd have quicker testing, which would help with travel and tracing if positives are found, but looks like we'll be doing this for the rest of the year.
My test results came back in a couple of hours in a major metropolitan area.
