When do the Christmas decorations go up & the Holiday fireworks start? Are they up the day before Thanksgiving? The day after? How are crowds the day before & the day after?

All the holiday hoopla begins 11/16. The only thing that may not start until Thanksgiving is the Christmas parade!

We just got back from there (Nov 3) On Nov 1, they were already putting snow on the castle.

Crowds the day before and after are pretty heavy, but the day after is WAY busier than the day before. For that matter... Thanksgiving Day itself is pretty busy.
