planning on sat - tues before thanksgiving. we have a 3 yr old and twin 20 month old boys. what are the temperatures like then? we have been in dec before but not middle nov. how hot, how cool at night. trying to find clothes for what our kids will need then.
also any schedule for when all the Christmas stuff will be up? will it be up by then?

Yes the Christmas stuff will be up by then. We have been to WDW every Thankgiving week for the past 10 years. Last year the weather was jeans and short sleeve shirts during the day and a jacket at night - seems like it was low 70's during the day and low 50s at night. In the past it has been so hot that week that I have gotten sunburned on Thanksgiving Day!! See you there!! :confused3 :confused3

We have gone the last three years the week before Thanksgiving. The weather is perfect. The mornings are cool - around 50's - 60's. You will usually have to have a light-weight jacket. Then, as the morning goes on, it gets warmer. Most days are in the high 70's- low 80's. ;) If you are planning on going to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party- it gets pretty chilly. Since you have such little ones, you might not decide to do that. Most places have the decorations up by Thanksgiving week. We went Nov. 12th last year and several places had the decorations up. Some wait until your week though. What you will LOVE about the time you are going is that the lines aren't very long. I wouldn't go to MK on Saturday. It seems like the busiest on the weekend. I think your little ones will LOVE the new NEMO ride at Epcot. I think the Nemo show at AK will be great too. It wasn't finished when we were there. If you are staying on Disney property, take a rest when the kids are getting tired. Go back to the room! My kids are 12 and 9 and sometimes, they just want to swim! It is exciting, yet tiring for those little ones. Let me know about your trip!! I love to go in NOV!!!!:cool1 If my husband wasn't out of a job right now, we would be going too!!! :sad1:

Oh yea, We all wore shorts and t-shirts or tank tops. We went swimming. It really warmed up during the day. Don't forget the sun-screen. Sometimes we forgot, but we tried to put it on their faces and shoulders. Remember the sunglasses and maybe even a visor. :wizard:

Have a magical time!!!

Last year at Thanksgiving there were snow flurries one night. We saw the flurries from our balcony at the Swan. On our Epcot day, we froze. We spent a small fortune on warm ups and sweat shirts during our trip. We were surprised at the cool to cold temps.
If I were you, I'd check accuweather because they have a 15 day forecast.

we were there last year from sunday to sunday the week of Thanksgiving. It was so cold until thanksgiving day, we had to buy warmer coats and gloves. One night it was almost 30 degree's out. I would take a few cool weather things and warm weather things to be on the safe side. We are going again this year, but plan on taking more clothes.
