Thanksgiving week info and help

Hi all....its been years since we have been to Disney we our trip booked for Thanksgiving week ...
Just curious as to when park hours will be released and when I can book dining??

Park hours are subject to change until the last minute. The past couple years MK has opened at 8 am every day starting the Sunday before thanksgiving, thru the week. But they often don't announce that until a week or two before. But I would plan on that. Like I said, they release hours about six months ahead but it's all going to change and get extended.

ETA dining can be booked 180 days ahead.
