Has anyone received their hyena pin yet?

and what exactly do they mean by valid charater name? We had to enter a login to send in the answer. but then did we have to put our vmk name in the text of the actual message???

heck, i just logged in, hit send in thanksgiving quest stuff, and then typed in "the answer is .....". So, guess i'm out of luck? cause i sure didnt see a hyena pin when i just checked. Anybody have one yet? maybe they just havent given them out yet. After all it does say "will be awarded" and not "have been awarded".

actually i just went back and checked the other post about the event...

and the rules said:

RULES

1. Event begins Thursday November 24 and ends close of game Sunday, November 27
2. Anyone can enter, one entry per Player please
3. If you are under the age of 13 please remember to have a parent send it in for you (parents, please be sure to provide the name of your child's character in VMK
4. Prize winners chosen at random, duplicates removed before selection takes place
5. Community Leaders and Staff members don't know the answers, so please don't ask them
6. Deadline for submitting answers is close of game Sunday, November 27; late answers will not be considered.


ok, so maybe that is what they meant by valid character name. ANY TIME, you use the help tool as a parent, they make you do that, so that is nothing new. But nowhere in there does it say to make sure you put your own character name in the text of the message lol. so who knows?

Well, I didn't put in an extra name either - just the entry words. So, I hope you're right.

No pin yet that I saw, but it may be awarded overnight or something. Maybe they're holding it with the Christmas decorations.

well in all fairness, the message on the home page DID just go up. And since it says "will be" awarded, i think canadian may be right. So lets see what happens tonight and tomorrow. I was just checking to see if anyone did have them, because if so, that would have told me i would probably not be getting one. But since nobody is saying "yes, i got it". then they probably have not been awarded yet.
