When you book, you tell them where to meet you. If you’ll be arriving at MCO, they’ll ask which terminal, and they’ll be at baggage claim in that terminal. Usually when we go down the escalators to bag claim, there are a number of private drivers at the bottom holding signs with their client’s name and their company’s name on it. Gear Fusion helped wrangle luggage for DD, which they appreciated tremendously due to having a 2 year old!

thinking of having the return trip to MCO have our pickup be at BLT. That way we can head to MK for early entry 7:30AM and have MK time from 7:30-10:30 then walk to BLT for a 11:00 pick up. We are going to stuff our duffle carryons in the MK lockers. This gives us some park time on our departure day!
