I have 200 points available for rent at $11.00/point. It's only a couple of weeks away from booking Thanksgiving and Christmas for 2006 at my home resort BCV (my use year begins in Feb., so you have an 11 month window from your check-out date to book at BCV)!
Payment is due infull upon confirmation number with DVC. Certified check, money order or PayPal are all accepted.
I have rented before and the family was extremely satisfied, references upon request.
