Thanksgiving Dinner

We would like to go to a character meal for Thanksgiving. Does anyone know if there are charaters at CRT, 1900 Park Fare, and Chef Mickey's on Thansgiving. We are also considering attempting to get at reservation at LTT for Thanksgiving. In reality we are hopeful to get a reservation at any one of these. We are going on the 18th, so we can make our reservations before the mass crowds come down on Wednesday get too

Has anyone had Thanksgiving dinner at the Park Fare, CRT, CM or LTT. Please let me know your thoughts.

We are trying to thinkof what to do for Thanksgiving too. As of now we are sheduled to be at Epcot that day.

We did this last year. It was a total disaster. So overbooked and overcrowded it was unbelievable. We had dinner reservations for 5:30 p.m. We arrived at 4:30 to check in early. The line to check in took us 45 minutes to get to the podium. After checking in, we were told there was an approximate 1 to 1-1/2 hour backlog, and our 5:30 seating would most likely be delayed until at least 6:30 or 7:00. We were given a paging device and told to stay inside the hotel for it to work, and not above the second floor balcony. We listened for well over two hours to people complaining and hungry children crying. We finally were seated at approximately 7:30 p.m. amdist many grumbling and unhappy families. The setting was chaotic and nearly impossible to navigate between your table and the buffet lines. The food was definitely not worth the wait, or the money! I would not recommend this restaurant if you have anything else to do with your time, or are not angelically patient.
