Thanksgiving Dinner

Opinions please about your favorite place to dine (or to not dine) for Thanksgiving dinner? We have dined at the Yacht Club Convention Center, the Yacht Club Galley and Cape May Cafe. Does anyone know if and where buffet Thanksgiving Dinners are held and if any of them have prime rib on them?

We feel like we've had Thanksgiving Dinner every time we eat at the Liberty Tree Tavern. We have turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and lots of other great stuff...but the turkey and stuffing is the BEST!!!

Prime rib for Thanksgiving? Shame on you! Is that a Chicago thing? We're taking DMIL who's from the Chicago area, hadn't even looked for prime rib. Thinking of Artist Point, Yacht Club Galley, or Jiko's.

No, it's not a Chicago thing. My husband is on a pretty strict diet most of the year for heart related problems and we eat turkey several times throughout the year. It is more of a treat for him. I guess I think if we are that "traditional" we'd be staying here celebrating instead of taking a Disney trip. But then again, if we were here, we'd be eating "slider stuffing" with our turkey!

We've been to the Yacht Club and the Yacht Club Convention Center, great selection and great meals!
