You bet I did the doc dance! You would have thought I had gotten a check for a million dollars. I can't believe they came this early. UPS delivered them.

The Documents really made it seem like it was coming together.. But, we had filled out all our documents on-line so it was just a small envelope with a few pages of bar codes.... and the Immigration documents for (Bahamas) Castaway Cay.... The real countdown for our family starts on November 1st. We have a printed numbers on the sheets of paper and we will take down one each day.... It's a lot of fun for the kids and adults.

Congrats on the cruise doc everybody. We have a teacher work day today so no school!!! But it is yucky and raining. I will be looking out the window for the docs to come.

Do we have a count on the people that are doing the fish extenders. I want to make sure I have something for everyone. I printed out the big list and was trying to make a breakdown of the kids. Age group wise. Lynn

Congrats to those who got the cruise docs!!! We are in Chicago this week and will not be home until sunday. I hope the docs are not sitting in front of our house!!


Our favorite show is Disney Dreams. Mason was a dwarf last year. A castmember explained that all of the dwarfs were sea sick except for Dopey so they needed children to be dwarfs for the show. It was soooo cute!!!

Hmmm...think I'm gonna have to pick up some St. Louis Cardinals magnets for those poor souls who root for the Pirates and Yankees...especially the Yanks for letting go of one of my favorite Cardinals....Joe Torre!

Yep, we stunk up the joint this year...but I have it from a reliable source that our ace...Chris Carpenter...is doing well and will definitely be back next year!

To those who were chuckling at me running around a room with an iPod for light...you have no idea who infurating it was at the time....the clanging sound was driving me insane and I couldn't figure it out...after nearly falling over DS shoes...and stubbing my toe on the ladder to the bunk, it "dawned" on me that the iPod had a light...bet you never knew that an iPod was so versatile! Now, in retrospect, it was one of the truly funny parts of our trip and I laugh about it all the time.

Well I tried to edit my post with the age groups of the kids but it will not let me. It squished it all together so you can't read it.
Boys are the first line down with age and count then the girls.

ok so 2000 it soon will be and im trying to make sure i do my part ha ha here is a question i read you cant wear shorts and tank tops to dinner is that true what should be worn for dinners pants and shirts?? im trying to ask and not look like a complete fool just dont want to be under dressed or over dressed

I have never been, but I heard the dress code was updated to say no swim suits - shorts is apparently ok now, although a dressier version would be preferred. Maybe someone can correct me.

On the Pirate Night discussion a few pages back (you all are moving quick now) - my DS8 and DD5 are both dressing up like pirates for dinner and the fun afterwards. I bought them both Halloween pirate costumes so they can also wear them on the cruise. This way they get more use out of them.
