Thanksgiving 2007!!!

We booked the Stingray City Snorkel and City Tour for Grand Cayman and the Xcaret Tour for Cozumel.

For Palo, we booked brunch on Monday and dinner on Tuesday.

Lisa :cheer2:

If there is a Cozumel after Dean gets done with it.............:rotfl2:

No, let me tell you what would be the icing on the cake..if Grand Cayman suffers a lot of damage and is canceled. Why not? Grand Cayman (due to weather conditions) was canceled both times we sailed the western on DCL.:rotfl2: Is third time a charm? (That's okay though. It means an extra sea day with additional massages and Palo brunch!:thumbsup2 ) Which, by the way..we're booked for Palo dinner Sunday at 6:00, and brunch Monday at 11:00) I just hope I'm still able to fit into my formal clothes by Monday night! Our couples massage is booked Thursday at 2:00. Ah, it can't get here fast enough.

Hi all,

Looks like Cozumel and Grand Cayman dodged the Dean bullet...Costa Maya though appears to have been hit hard. We've been there on our other 2 cruises and didn't think much of it, but I'm sure sorry to hear that it sustained quite a bit of damage.

Counting the days.....

Karen

I started booking our shore excursions tonight and was able to get the banana boat ride but when I went to book the para sail and they are all booked up now I am mad:mad: I guess its time to get serious about this trip and make some fast decisions.

Are there any divers that would like to do a dive in Grand Cayman?

Rob

Hi all,

DS is here looking over my shoulder. Do we have a count on kids yet? DS want to be sure he won't be the only 8-9-10 year old in the kids clubs -- maybe he could exchange e-mails with other kids around his age? He's very excited about this cruise (my oh my....3 cruises and he's only 9...can you say SPOILED!).

Thanks, Priscilla. I'll update the list! I hope her friend is able to join her. :) If her friend isn't on the cruise, I guess Rachel will be in the Teen Club? Leah is disappointed that she's not quite old enough yet. Maybe next time. :teeth:

I will also be on this cruise with my group of 14 which includes 6 kids (girls... 12, 6 & 4 and Boys 10, 9 and 6). My two kids are 12 & 9 and this is their 7th DCL cruise. My DD12 would also love to go to the stack - does anyone know if they will allow a 12-1/2 year old to do so?

Welcome Ginny, I also have a DD that will be 12 when we cruise and a DD who will be 9. But this is our first cruise ever. :yay: I bet you can give some great tips about a cruise. Any favorite family excursions? Melinda

Probably not Rachel has never cared for the kids clubs and is not yet ready to just hang out in the stack.

Maybe she and Leah can just hang out at some point and swim or go to the movies together. :)

Welcome, Ginny!

Welcome, Ginny!

That sounds great and more her style:goodvibes Rachels friend is also a very nice girl. They love to swim, play ping pong and the other deck games. They are also into horses.

Rob

If you tell me they also love to watch the Full House reruns, Leah will be in heaven! :rotfl:

That reminds me - the new Disney movie "Enchanted" is supposed to premiere the week we are at sea!! :woohoo: It looks like a really cute movie about an animated princess who gets pushed into the well by the evil queen and ends up as a live person in the middle of NYC.

Conversely, our son mason, has almost never left the kid's club in 3 cruises. He loves the place.

Also, our party includes Lisa's college roommate Suzanne and her son Jake (12)

Chuck:cool1:

It sounds like our kids share some of the same interests. :goodvibes Mine love to watch Full House, too. And I'm guessing alot of ya'll watched High School Musical 2 last week. Will we get to see Enchanted while on the ship? My girls play sports, too and can't wait to see the deck for basketball.
Oh, we got our PASSPORTS yesterday!!! :dance3: And it only took 7 weeks:) ! I'm already putting things in a bag to save for the cruise. It can't get here soon enough. Melinda
