Thanks to Olga at Disney Dining

I just called Disney Dining to make our reservations for our May week at WDW. I was a little apprehensive as I'm not at all comfortable speaking on the phone with someone I don't know. I shouldn't have worried ! I spoke with CM Olga at Disney dining and she was absolutely lovely. Very charming and friendly to speak with, helpful in telling me about some of the restaurants we had never been to, and just overall a delight to speak with. Based on some comments on DisBoards and in other places, I was prepared for a horrendous wait on hold and a Grumpy CM. Nothing could be further than the truth. I was off the phone in under 10 minutes having made 7 reservations, and have come away from the experience with a very positive impression of Disney Dining and their CMs. Many thanks Olga !

I agree! I just made my reservations this morning, and got the dates/times I wanted for all my ADRS (including CRT and Le Cellier!!).
