Hello
We had never used a towncar service before and decided to go with FL Tours since they sponser the Dis Boards. We had 3 different flights arriving at 3 different times on the 3rd, and leaving approximately the same time on the 13th. I booked over the internet site and gave the company the last flight time to arrive. Having computer problems I called about 2 days before our departure and talked to Andy who reassured me that someone would be there to pick us up.The luxury van driver was there to greet us as was promised. The van was nice and clean, the driver(whose name I believe was Riccardo?) was friendly and courteous. On our departure date he was there to pick us up at the resort as promised at 5:30AM and drive us back to the airport. He dropped each of us off at the designated airlines, 2 for Delta, 2 for NW and 1 for US Airways. There was a confirmation call a day before we left at the resort, my 84 year old mother took the information, but was not sure who had called!

If I have the name of our luxury van driver wrong, I appoligize. The main thing is that he was very professional and courteous to all of us and we would not hesitate to use FL Tours again.
