Elizabeth at WDW MK Guest Services went the "extra mile" for our family after we realized that when you purchase "Hopper Passes" during your previous trip stay (The CM who sold us them said we didnt need to save anything for future uses - first time we bought hopper passes, only had LOS for all other trips) you need to SAVE the ID/Room Keys for all unused days for future use. Needless to say, we weren't even sure if we even had them at home. She tried to pull up anything possible on the computer to confirm our existing days left, but the Disney system isnt up to par as I feel it should be for something simple as this kind of database. I didn't bring an extra $200+ for new passes and the kids were ready to run the gates after waiting so long (DS-7/DD-4). In the end Elizabeth and her Manager were able to get our family in the MK for the day and they saved us from spending money that we weren't prepared to use on the parks since we had 3 days pre-paid from last years stay.
