I'm new to the DLP dis board but l must say l have found it to be great - very friendly and helpful. There's loads of info and tips for things l hadn't even thought of, that are going to prove very useful.

So thanks everyone - those asking the questions and those answering them.

I've found that while the readership is lower than other areas of the DIS, the members here are very quick to respond to questions, very supportive of each other, and very friendly.

I have yet to see the unpleasantness that sometimes appears elsewhere

I for one am happy to hang out here in 2006 while I plan my first visit to DLRP!

I love it here too, great tips, advice and very friendly DIS'ers. I've found everyone to be very helpful, even EAGER to help. The only bad point is......... it makes me want to be at Disney!! Can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely, especially after just reading a couple of comments on the UK community board saying that the DLP board is "cliquey"!! This is by far the best board!

Karen, nice to see you here. With 2 boards to run we all appreciate how busy you are, but pop in occassionally when you have time

Its upsetting to think that we have been thought of as cliquey. I used to go on the Dibb (am I allowed to say that?) as well as on here but it is such a busy forum that I just couldn't keep up with it. Whilst I was thinking what to write, half a dozen other replies would go inbetween the last post and my one and a couple of times I posted a question that didn't get answered. However, I never felt that they were cliquey on there, I just put it down to the forum being so busy that my posts got missed.
Oh well, this is life I suppose, lets hope they come back and have a chat with us over here again. After we have been to DLRP next August I do not know when we will be going back, maybe not until 2008, but I promise not to desert you all......provided you don't upset me!!!
