So long story short...I grew up in Central Florida and did not really learn to appreciate all things Disney until I moved to the Midwest. I always loved Disney but I lived there and didn't need to learn all the 'in's and out's' of a Disney trip. Since moving to Indiana my husband and I have taken 6 trips down to Disney (our parents still live in the Orlando area so it makes it easy). HOWEVER, my husband fights me on each trip we take, saying it's not necessary, stop going on Dis blogs, and every Disney word I utter is a fight.
WELL I finally got my first 'props' for coming on here and learning about the extra hour at EPCOT the week between Christmas and New Years. My cousins who came from Michigan met us at Art of Animation where we were staying for a night to get the EMH (no throwaway room...we actually stayed there). We headed over to EPCOT crossing our fingers that we would be able to take part in this 'so called thing going on at epcot?' We were able to ride Soarin twice without getting off! Then we headed over to Test Track and were able to ride that twice within the first hour of the park officially being open; it was amazing! So thank you to everyone who comes on here and posts information we can all use! I was so appreciative!
