For those wondering how well National works outside of MCO, I had an AWESOME experience at Las Vegas McCarran 2 weeks ago.
I used the Entertainment Coupon and Priceless Vacation Code for our Vegas car rental (6 days) and it was $100.83 total! It was a girls trip and my girlfriends were throroughly impressed with my planning skills
We arrived and used Airport Checkin for our Hotel (another timesaver)
At LAS you have to take a shuttle to the vehicles. I went to the counter in baggage claim because when I made the ressie I didnt enter my EA #. He pulled me up and said that my # had been assigned and I could go right out to the shuttle.
They had 2 shuttles loading at a time combining Alamo and National customers,(big busses-very busy) we quickly loaded and were off. Over the PA, the driver welcomed us and said the bus would make 2 stops. The first stop was for Ex. Aisle, Emerald Aisle and the next stop was for everyone else.
It was a quick 5 min. ride to the EA stop and the driver asked if anyone was getting off. The bus was full, but my girlfriend and I were the only ones to get off!! Everybody looked at us like "who are they"
We felt like high rollers (it doesnt take much!)
If I had business cards, I would have passed them out, because obviously their TA's did not do their jobs if I was the only EA member on that loaded bus!
We picked out a brand new Pontiac G6 with 4 panel moonroof and leather interior (If I wasnt a mini van mom I'd buy one) loaded up and drove to the attendant. She took the hang tag and my coupon (remember Im a wanna be high roller LOL!) and we were off. The car was great, the dropoff was easy and I enjoyed our trip! (At least I think I did, I can't remember)
Im a National Girl all the way!!
