I wanted to thank all those of you who are so considerate of other park users. I was silly enough to still go to Disneyland after reconstructive surgery last summer.
I had an absolute blast and know for a fact, that the magic of Disney gave me that initial boost I needed to start up recovery on a great note!
During one of the ride exits, I happened to slip as I was trying to transfer from the ride to my wheelchair, a bystander who was waiting in line, jumped forward and actually saved my butt by catching me by the shoulder and assisting me at just the right time.
Couldn't thank this lady enough. Literally gone out of her way to help someone she didn't know.
