We would like to thank Thomas at Member Services. Thank you for fixing my goof up. We had a family emergency and had to cancel our trip. I then booked another trip, and didn't think aabout using our older points first. I had talked to three people at Member Services, without anyone being willing to change things. My husband finally talked to Thomas, who was wonderful. Thankd again, we really appreciate the time and and effort you took to fix our problem. Orrin and Cheryl Carstensen
