Norm and I just want to say thank you for taking the time from your very busy lives to think of us as you have - Our mail lady came in with handful of cards - I didn't know what was going on until I started reading - the letters, cards went from bringing tears running down the face like a faucet to running to the potty from laughing so hard - At an age when folks are suppose to retire, Norm and I decided to go into into a complete opposite direction - we stayed working - Norm has slowed down which is great for him, but I need to be busy and I love my job so I keep a going - unfortunalty the time comes when the body starts yelling "give me a break and I don't mean the bones"
thank you for caring - with the Grace of God, I have been blessed and my body just needs time to relax - anyhow I didn't know so many folks cared and you will never ever know what it meant to me - I hope to be around for many years so I can keep up with what is going on here
Anyhow on to other news - remember Andy has surgery today - I know he is going to be thrilled AFTER IT IS OVER AND FEELING BETTER - he does so much for so many that he deserves to feel better soon - keep him and his family in thoughts and prayers -
also spoke to Chris Page last night - what a sweetie - she and the family still are in struggle with Nate gone, but they are trying very hard to move on with life and do what Nate would have wanted them to do -
Thank you again for doing what you did - remember "what you do in this life good, bad or indifferent will be repaid someday in a way that will fill you never ever expected" - life has a way of doing that and when you least expected it.

So glad to hear you were "touched" by the shower of cards. That's exactly what we all had in mind!! We wanted you to be as "touched" as we all are here on the boards are "touched" by you, and even more-so the folks who have had the privilege of meeting you in person. You are a very special lady and your reward will be great!!

"You-know-who" started the idea of the card shower,and I hope and pray he is getting a similar card shower today and in the next few days following his surgery. He's a real special guy too!! (But then, you already know that!!)

Hi Jim - glad you got the packet from Key West - listen I don't know if yours was one that I put a spanish newspaper in, but I did in 2 of them when I realized OOPS and stopped - I grabbed the wrong bunch - thanks for letting me know you got it - I sent about 25 I believe from Key West - don't remember for sure right now.
