I just wanted to tell everyone how pleased I am with DU! My agent Sue Ellen was absolutely amazing! She did everything she could to get us the AP discounts! She didn't give up when the first result came back at 50% successful. She immediately contacted me to alert me to the problems with blackout dates. We are going the week of and after Thanksgiving. She gave me some options. I am grateful that she was so pulled together. I was still giddy with excitement of the rates being oot that my head was just spinning. I didn't know what to do. She emailed me back and said she would play around with it a little bit!
Well Sue Ellen worked her magic! We now have a 7/7 split at POFQ and AKL SV instead of a 11/3 split. We still saved about $600 off our two rooms!
Sue Ellen, if you read this I can't Thank-you enough! Expect that deposit for our September 2005 trip soon. Since you are swamped I will leave as is. We can make changes later if needed! (Sorry in advance if we make changes!)
For anyone wondering about using DU I can't say enough good things about them!
