Thank goodness for Paypal!!

Some of you may remember my post about a month ago.......I very impulsively purchased super cheap Uggs for my DD from a shady website and then instantly regretted it. My instincts and all of the DISers who responded to my post were right ---- I never received the boots, although the money disappeared from my account almost immediately.

I filed a claim with Paypal, and got my money back today!

$100, and paypal ruled in my favor, but the person closed her accounts - paypal and corresponding checking - quickly (she scammed quite a few ppl for a total of a few thou).

somehow, having a favorable ruling didn't make my wallet feel much better
